Ich bin oft Gast in Ihrem Hotel. Leider klappt es nicht, daß ich meine Rechnung per Mail und gleichzeitig ausgedruckt bekommen kann. Das sollte besser werden. Ich akzeptiere gern das der Kicker ab 21:00 Uhr nicht mehr genutzt werden soll. Die Art und Weise wie ihr Mitarbeiter mich am 14.04.25 darauf hingewiesen hat ist an Arroganz nicht zu überbieten.
