Wie immer war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ich würde jederzeit wieder das Ginn Hotel buchen, wenn ich nach Berlin komme. Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch an der Bar/Restaurant ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war wie gewohnt super: reichhaltig und lecker. Auf kleine Beanstandungen beim Abendessen wurde sofort und freundlich reagiert und diese umgehend behoben.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal im Ginn Hotel Potsdamm. Fünf Übernachtungen. Das Hotel liegt für unsere Zwecke ideal, es ist ruhig, der Service in allen Bereichen war sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und jeden Tag wurde gründlich gereinigt. Endlich konnten wir mal in einem Hotel gut durchschlafen, dank der hochwertigen Matratze und dem großen Doppelbett. Das Personal ist motiviert, sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Fazit: Gesamturteil. Sehr Gut !

Ich war sehr zufrieden alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel .
Das Essen im Hotel war Mega lecker gute Auswahl.

Good. Only a none-night stopover, but it was conveneint, the room was warm - had a heater that we easy to urn on / off, and had all the amenities I needed including fast WIFI. The resutaurant was excellent value, great food and most importantly ... a friendly vibe. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. The car park was also convenient, although the surface cobbles are difficult for suitcase wheels ... and get filled with sludge that then gets onto your wheels ... but this was a manor thing.
