Hallo liebes Ginn- Team; Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Die Freundlichkeit vom Personal, egal ob Empfang, Service etc. hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Ambiente, die Bar, Terrasse, Frühstück und Abendessen....hervorragend. Vielen Dank aus Winterbach, Steffen

Alles gut, ausser unfreundlicher Checkin, zum zweiten Mal schon. Reception gibt einem das Gefühl, dass man stoert. Wirklich unnötig, zumal das sonstige Personal freundlich und professionell agiert

Nice Hotel but Taxi service in lobby completely useless. We were 7 waiting for Taxi with total anarchy. Everyone claimed they had booked a car, some of us several times, but none had a reference, and very few cars if any showed up. I booked a Taxi at 07:50, O could leave teh hotel at 08:50 and missed my moring meetings.
