wenn man einen Nacht stornieren muss und dieses über Hotel.com genehmigt und geklärt wird, das Hotel sich aber wegen Geldgeilheit weigert die eine Nacht zu erstatten, ist die ein Grund das Hotel in Zukunft zu meiden. Dies werde ich auch genauso weiterkommunizieren
