Mensen waren vriendelijk bij de receptie.

Echter hebben wij ruim 1,5 uur moeten wachten bij het restaurant voor eten en hebben we toen maar 2 keer drinken gehad.

Das Ginn Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir finden es etwas zu dunkel, vor allem in den Gängen.

Very good value for money. If you are travelling by car this is a very good alternative to hotels in the Center of Berlin.
The only disappointing issue I had was that the TV was not working (antenna was broken) and there was no solution offered from the hotel - they had no spare rooms to change and as it was Friday evening I was told that no one is there to fix it before Monday...

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in wunderbarer Lage. Die Zimmer sind gut und haben sehr breite Betten. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert und man vermisst nichts. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
