The room was just okay. It was at the end of the hall and smelled awful for my whole 4-day stay. I have no idea where the smell came from. My room wasn't fully cleaned either, the bed was only partially made. I never asked for no one to clean my room, and the windows were left wide open, making the room super cold. Bugs even flew in, and I had to kill two! The bathroom, though, was really nice. The front desk staff during the day were friendly and helpful, but the evening staff were so rude! And the breakfast staff? Totally rude and unfriendly. Not a single staff member asked how my stay was or even said "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon" to me. Very unpleasant experience to say the least. The breakfast menu did not have many vegan options and I had to rely on eating bread. The floor I stood on was quiet and surrounding area felt safe. Based on my experience at this hotel, I would not stay here again.

Ich mag das GINN Hotel für unsere Meetings. Als Service-Manager habe ich zudem ein "gutes Gefühl" dass wir unsere Mitarbeiter gut unterbringen. Deutliches Verbesserungspotential konnte ich bei diesem Besuch im Bereich Gastronomie sehen im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Meeting im letzten Jahr. Speziell beim Abendessen waren die Speisen nicht mehr verfügbar, die Schalen waren leer. Ich musste Mitarbeiter ansprechen und darum bitten dass Speisen aufgefüllt werden. Dies wurde dann, auf Nachfrage, auch prompt erledigt. Das sollte so nicht sein meiner Meinung nach. Gleiches habe ich auch beim Frühstücksbuffet erlebt. Hier sollte das Personal regelmäßig und proaktiv "draußen" sein. Die Qualität ihres Kaffees in den Maschinen ist unterirdisch. Tut mir leid!

Great Hotel , however you must be careful when booking a room that you don't get a room wit a bath . you have to ask for a room with a walk in shower .
