Wir waren super zufrieden. Einziges Manko: Es hätten ein paar mehr Kissen im Zimmer sein können.

Overall a nice stay. The hotel was still under construction. A fitness room would be a nice touch. However the sport forum was only a short walk away. Service could have been better in Restaurant and bar.
The staff did not seem ready for a group such as ours.
Perhaps better communication is the answer.

ich war Grundauf begeistert vom Einchecken bis hin zum Auschecken. Der Massagesessel ist ja wohl der Hammer.

Not great. Our toilet door was squeaking badly every time we opened and closed it. We had to ask twice to get this fixed. We had a 6 day stay, there was no kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Rooms are not exactly cosy looking or welcoming. Beds were ok thank goodness.
Restaurant menu is offering very few options and maybe the hamburgers were good but the schinitzel was dry and serving with only fries resulting in a very unappealing unhealthy meal.

Im Zimmer #350 hat es trotz lüften etwas gestunken.

Zimmer und Frühstück waren top. Es herrschte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre im gesamten Haus. Im Restaurant ist noch Luft nach oben.

Für mich passte alles einschließlich dem Frühstück..Das Desk Team war mehr wie hilfreich als ich Hilfe brauchte .
