The location is very nice, the conditions are good, the reception service not so nice. I told the receptionist 3 times my air conditioner doesn’t work and the find always another explanation. I missed a toy in the room and they didn’t react. I don’t find ok that the hotel didn’t provide every day a bottle of water. So… I had a nice surprise with the hotel but I am very disappointed with the service from reception:.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotelzimmer hat unsere Wünsche und Erwartungen zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Auch der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
