It would be nice if the customer service was better. Phones arent answered nor on WhatsApp or regular calls. If anything is needed you must go and get it. Outside facing rooms are very loud and bright in the night. Not good for business trips in this sense. It is clean and the beds are comfortable.

Ich war sehr zufrieden, mein Wunsch ein Zimmer mit Badewanne zu bekommen wurde entsprochen, alles sehr unkompliziert und Lösungsorientiert bearbeitet. Danke ich komme gerne wieder
