I loved the hotel and hotel staff with one exception, the bar manger, he ignored me whilst I was waiting to be served, to the point other staff members noticed it, and when I was eventually served, he was rude, I felt like it was a game to him, having the control to serve me when it suited him, it made me feel very unwelcome and it made me angry, this was not the experience I was expecting, on that evening I did notice him drinking shots of alcohol behind the bar, so I am not sure if this had something to do with his poor attitude towards me. Please note this is the first time I have ever complained about a hotel.
