The room, service and overall facilities were really good, but I was not satisfied with the options for food in the restaurant - both in the buffet and off the menu. Location was also not my favorite, as it required a long journey from Berlin Train Station - plus the name of the hotel "Ginn Berlin-Potsdam" is misleading since it's actually situated in Teltow. I'd only recommend people to stay there if they were attending business at the hotel.

Zimmer war anfänglich überheizt. Konnte dann selbstständig die Temperatur reduzieren.. Verpflegung im Seminarbetrieb nicht immer pünktlich aber köstlichst!

Ich bin immer noch begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es ist kaum in Worte zu fassen, wie unglaublich herzlich, authentisch und aufmerksam das gesamte Team war. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden war nicht nur spürbar, sondern ehrlich und durchgehend präsent – vom Empfang bis zum Banket. Ich habe mich nicht einfach nur wohlgefühlt – ich habe mich willkommen, gesehen und umsorgt gefühlt.

Wenn ich eine Bewertung für das Personal abgeben könnte, würde ich 10 von 5 Punkten vergeben. So viel Herzlichkeit und echte Gastfreundschaft habe ich selten erlebt. Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung – ich komme mit Sicherheit wieder!
