Sämtliche Servicekräfte waren sehr bemüht, konnten mir aber letztendlich keine befriedigende Lösung anbieten, alleine im Rollstuhl mit meiner Begleitperson das Hotel zu betreten. Verschlossene Garagentüren, Treppenlifte ohne eigenen Schlüssel und längere Wartezeiten am Telefon, um Hilfe durch den Service zu erbitten.
