You can hear the plumbing throughout the hotel. Everytime someone flush the toilet, uses water (zink og shower) you can hear it, this is very annoying when trying to sleep or just stay in the room. Based on this I cannot recommend that people stay in the hotel.

Would appreciate in a Hotel that has international clients, to have all the information at lease in English as well and not only in German. This goes to the hallways, elevator, breakfast menus, leaflets etc.
In addition, there should be a more clear note/direction/sign or something to notify that the Reception is on the top floor! When entering the lobby from ground floor, this is not clear, confusing and stressful in case someone arrives at night.
Moreover, there are some building noises during the night at least that are quite disturbing.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten einen tollen Hafenblick aus unserem Fenster.
Die Speisekarte des Restaurants könnte noch erweitert werden. Auch dort eine tolle Ausicht.
Da der Getränkeautomat defekt war, bekamen wir ein Gratisgetränk. Schnelle Reaktion, super.
Das Problem war, die Koffer die Treppenstufen hochzutragen!!
