We had a great stay and found the entire personal very professional, nice and helpful.
The room was fine, even though the balcony door was broken as we arrived so that we could not go to the balcony at all. It was then repaired.
The breakfast and Friday evening buffet were great. On the Saturday evening however, we had to wait way too long for our food to be served. Moreover, we would have liked to have dinner outside but it was not possible given that only a few tables had been prepared on the terrasse. Surprising for August, and quite frustrating!
We appreciated the spa and the massages that we booked, but noted that the outdoor pool was not entirely clean.
The kid‘s playing room was great too.
