We requested a bright room specifically. But the room we was given was dry dark.
We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the apartment you were allocated. We did offer to let you move to another apartment right upon check in, though this was declined. As we were fully booked on the particular weekend, it is difficult to accommodate all requests. We do, of course, always try to accommodate guest requests.
As to the option of having a phone in the rooms, we are working on a new system from which our guests can reach the reception desk directly from their smartphones using our digital concierge. This will be introduced in about 6 weeks.
