Loved the appartment. Service excellent on arrival but disappointing on departure. Receptionist was on a phone call to a customer asking many queations. I felt the receptioniat should have politely asked to call back so that i could be chcked out smoothly. I waited patiently for over 5 minutest listening to the receptionist on the phone and then asked to be served. At this point i was gerting stressed and worried about checking out and getting to the airport on time. I understand every customer is important but i believe the receptionist could have easily called the person on the phone back after 5 minutes and dealt with me quickly so i could leave.
