Really enjoyed our stay, glad we decided to stay in the main part of the city, everything was close by which was good in the cold weather. The city is very pretty, and we had a great time. We liked the hotel - it was traditional and had some personality, unlike modern chain hotels. Possibly a bit old fashioned for some, but we liked it. Breakfast was great, and the view from our balcony was lovely.

Overall it was as expected . Room was nice but easy to hear neighbor room

I have hugely enjoyed my time at the Grand Hotel Cravat! My first room was a beautiful room, but it had no window. I have never encountered that before. It felt very claustrophobic and due to not having a window the room was also very stuffy. It is hard to understand how such a wellknown and wonderful hotel can offer a room without a window. In my second room, also beautiful but now with not only a window but a small balcony and also with a very cute bathroom with birds and yellow background, the t.v. didn't work untill it was fixed the next day. That was a shame, because I travelled alone and like to watch a bit of t.v. in the evening. These 2 things meant that 2 of my four nights with you were tarnished. However despite these two issues I had a fantastic time! That is mainly down to the wonderful people working at the Grand Hotel Cravat! Most especially the gentleman at the reception on my first arrival (1st jan), Madam Lina of housekeeping and the gentleman who hosts the breakfasts. These people seem to really enjoy their work, feel passionately about it, see me as not simply yet another costomer but as a person and really care who I experience my stay. Besides this I think that the rooms are wonderful; all different and with great charisma and style and the breakfast was also delicious.

The nicest hotel so far in Luxemburg, superb in every way! Very stylish and careful decoration, every detail is considered (like the carpet in the elevator, that is changed daily to welcome you on the correct day of the week - excellent!). This hotel is a witness of the grandeur and beauty of times past, it makes you wish you were born back then :-). Thank you for the lovely experience!

Heel goed gelegen centraal hotel, perfect om Luxemburg te verkennen. Heeft de grandeur van vroeger. Ideaal voor een citytripje.

Très bon emplacement, les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes pas de double vitrage
L’hôtel est magnifique mais mérite d'être rafraîchit

Enjoyed every minute. It was really a treat. Love the elevator, our room with balcony and magnificent views. And in the center of all the beauty which is Luxembourg. I look forward to my return to the Hotel. Thank you.
