Thank you for your comment and feedback.
The Grand Hotel de Tours is renovated in the style of the 1930s.
We work throughout the year. That is why the hotel closes 15 days in December to make this renovation and is maintained throughout the year.
Upon booking, you had an attached piece a plan of access allowing you to reach the hotel and park a few moments in order to unload your luggage and then park your car in the underground parking THE VINCI.
For your convenience, we possess much more spacious Superior rooms.
As for the eggs, I think my colleague just wanted to tell you to give him time to repeat what you ask him, right?
In any case, know that we do our best to make you spend the most pleasant stay and would be a shame that you stay on a bad impression.

A very comfortable night whilst splitting our journey south. The breakfast was lovely especially the coffee and chocolate twists!

this is not the first or last time for me at the Grand Hotel! It is the fourth time, so I must be happy with it!
