Comfortable hotel, good location

this is not the first or last time for me at the Grand Hotel! It is the fourth time, so I must be happy with it!

Not to be repeated. Though it wasn't that bad. So many better cheaper places in Tours. Room small, staff friendly, aircon was great.

For your comfort, know that the Grand Hotel de Tours has the Superior rooms, more spacious than the Classic and Comfort rooms.
We especially maintain the style of the 1930s Is this makes you think it is "tired decor"?

it would be pity that you stay on a mixed impression and you do not renew your stay.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous y accordons de l'importance car il sert à nous améliorer.
Vous aviez réservé une chambre Classique dont la salle de bain n'est pas rénovée. Elle mesure 13m2 et donne sur la rue piétonne. Est ce que ce sont tous ces critères qui vous ont posés problème?
Sachez que nous avons d'autres catégories de chambres. De plus, elles sont entièrement rénovées.
Nous aimerions vous revoir afin que vous ne restiez pas sur une si mauvaise impression. N'hésitez pas à nous appeler pour que l'on puisse voir ensemble ce qu'il est possible de faire

As the tramway has been built recently, GPS haven't changed yet. Our street became a pedestrian street.

In every booking confirmation, you will find a file with the new access.
