Very bad experience in this hotel. We asked for not cleaning the room the first day. It is important for us because my wife is designer and have very expensive clothes with her and she wants nobody touch it. But the personnel entered the room without any right to do it. They manipulated the clothes of my wife. So we went to te reception to complain about it. The reception told us this situation would not repeat. The day after, we ensured very well that the notice on the door was there in order to not have cleaning of the room. When we came back, not only the cleaning and manipulation of the clothes was done, but THE DOOR OF THE ROOM WAS LEFT OPEN BY THE CLEANING STAFF! I officially wrote a letter to the direction and claim for compensation. I did not receive any answer from the direction. I consider this hotel A DANGEROUS PLACE.
