Very disappointing. While the common areas were very nicely decorated, the rooms were very cramped, the facilities were not as described on your website and many of your staff seemed to either lack knowledge or did not care. We were charged almost €3000 for 3 nights stay and this represented very poor value. Further, we did not receive the benefits of what was advertised on your website. There was no swimming pool or fitness facilities and we were charged for ski storage. We will definitely not be returning and would not recommend your hotel to anyone.
