I was delighted that my five friends were all very pleased with the hotel and repeatedly said how grateful they were that I'd made this booking with Hotel Grand Rousses. 'Kudos to Tim' apparently! Thanks. My ONLY negative was the difficulty I had with getting email confirmation of my booking. Let me explain,... I originally made my booking via 'Booking.com'. Then I needed to book an additional day (to arrive a day sooner) that proved impossible to do on 'Booking.com' so I did that booking separately directly with your hotel over the phone. Then when 'Booking.com' went to take my payment (about a month ago) it was rejected and alarmingly my booking was cancelled. I phoned to speak directly with your team and got the booking reinstated, I gave my card details. Perfect. Given this confusion I asked for email confirmation of the booking. This did not happen. I phoned several times over some days, eventually I did get an email confirmation and we had a wonderful stay. I mention this in case it helps you tidy this process for the future.

Easy and comfortable. I will come again. Maybe there are not enough spaces in the car park but I found one so was lucky

Insgesamt positiver Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war etwas zu klein und das Frühstück war aufgrund des Personalmangels sehr hektisch und man mußte teilweise sehr lange auf bestimmte Dinge wie Kaffee oder Ei warten.

Excellent overall regarding staff professionalism, including housekeeping , reception , restaurant staff and quality of service. The hotel itself as an environment is very clean, modern and has a particularly lovely relaxing ambience.

Globalement mon séjour sest bien passé, mais au bout de deux jours je commençais à fatiguer de recevoir des réponses en anglais, particulièrement dans le restaurant (un grand merci au monsieur le deuxième soir qui au moins ma demandé quelle langue je préférerais utiliser, comme cela on ne risque rien !) Le fait quun client ait un accent ne devrait pas être une invitation de changer unilatéralement la langue dune conversation, et cela mest arrivé plus de fois pendant 48h que pendant les cinq années précédentes, et jhabite dans le 05 ce nest donc pas comme si je ne me trouve jamais dans des zones touristiques ! Ce nétait surtout pas fait pour être méchant, mais ce nest pas agréable et peut abimer la confiance après lénième fois.
