Very upsetting; we had to go out for dinner as it was too awful to eat in the hotel. You have ruined the reputation you have and having done such a brilliant job on the rebuilding of the hotel you have not put any effort into the food. I suggest you try some of the restaurants in the village and have a meal in say the chamois Dor and see what can be done in the mountains ; they charge the same price and it is literally in a different league ; your chef should be ashamed as you should be, as you have clearly not hired the right team to run the food and beverage in this hotel. Better in club med.
