nice place lacked some room amenities but the view was amazing

The hotel was perfect- it felt very relaxing- I had just done the triathlon race and it was a perfect place to go back to and recover!

This was out best experience to date at the GR.
We will be back again soon.
Much more guest focused than the year before.
ALL the staff were very smiley and polite and all came across genuine

Hotel could be good, but service not great, understaffed, slow service and staff not always polite
