Nice hotel and location, helpful staff but more training required to bring it up to standard. Disappointing room allocated. A cleaner left a vape in our childrens room which was unacceptable, when management was advised no apology offered. Items added to our bill upon checking out which we had not had, it took a number of hours to sort out. Hotel could not provide a paper bill but when disputed reception seemed able to produce one for their purpose. No amended bill provided.
