Im letzten Jahr haben wir in Heiligenhafen geheiratet und waren sehr sehr enttäuscht vom Service an der Rezeption, was unseren besonderen Tag betraf.

Nun haben wir noch einen Versuch gestartet und waren überrascht vom allgemeinen Wandel. In allen Bereichen hat sich was getan. Alle Mitarbeiter scheinen eine andere positivere Einstellung zu ihrer Arbeit und zum Gast zu haben, engagiert , wohlwollend. Toll, weiter so.

I.O. FRühstück ok. Sollte ev öfters nachgelegt werden Rührei viel zu trocken Ansonsten Zimmer auch ohne Heizung auf zu warm

We have stayed in the hotel a few times and we have always been very pleased. This time it felt like it has been a change of management which does not care so much about the guests. It was not the same freshness with the laid breakfast buffé. An example, to much scrambled eggs done at the same time. It had been on the buffé far to long time. Very pleased though with the free parking just outside the entrance door.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal.
Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl von Salaten. Frisch gepresste O-Saft und einer Pancake-Maschine. Lecker Wabenhonig.
