Generally this is among my favorite hotels, and I have been around the world for decades. And I have stayed with you ever since you opened, 10 years ago? But I see that the workers are quite new to their post, many of them missed the smile and the attention. This is probably an issue to deal with for you. But the hotel itself is just great, we had a room (111) facing the fishing harbour as requested on beforehand, with a balcony. We just love sitting there with the morning coffee watching the life outside. And to experience the sauna daily, good for both the body and the brain.
