I nice, fresh and clean hotel located in a perfect spot by the marina in Heiligenhafen. The rooms have nice interior with a modern bathroom. Staff is kind, friendly and helpful.
We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times we have been very satisfied. We plan on coming back to Heiligenhafen and this hotel.

Fine experience after a primary bad experience. I had made a specifik booking for a room for Wheel chair, despite that we had room nr - i think - 232 - which is absolutely not usable for a wheel chair person (especially the bathroom) and my wife was very unhappy until the reception helped us and changed the room to 128 which is a very suitable room for wheel chair, the room we should have had in the first place....

Hotellet var jättefint, finns inget att klaga på. Heiligenhafen är en väldigt vacker liten stad.

Die Zimmer waren und wurden nicht ordentlich gereinigt .
Die Matratzen waren so hart und wölbten sich nach oben
im Zimmer waren mehrere Spjnnen

Really liked it,very nice location in the harbour with the views from the balcony pier 1
