Alles TOP! - waren bereits 9 mal bei Ihnen und wollen auch wiederkommen! - Lediglich das bei der Ankunft nicht komplett gereinigte Bad war eine kleine störende Angelegenheit!

Ein hervorragendes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage. Ein Urlaub mit einem sehr hohen Erholungswert. Hafen, Altstadt, Geschäfte und vieles mehr in direkter Umgebung. Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung was bei der Lage sehr wichtig ist. Wir kennen Heiligenhafen seit über 25 Jahren aber das war der bisher schönste Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a great experience and for my family group of 8-10 it has been the fourth time at your hotel and for me the third time - had to skip last year. I love the spaciousness of the rooms and the option to have it cleaned or not as well as the location. We absolutely love the Kaptn's Lounge and the cocktails. It would have been great if the opening time would have been adjusted on rainy days to include mornings. Not too keen on having pets at the hotel (we have a dog ourselves but would never bring her to a hotel). I am a travel advisor in Canada and would really like to recommend this hotel to clients but the dogs in restaurants or hotels (which is very common in Germany) would not be appreciated by my clients.
