We planned to stay from Wednesday to Saturday, but as my wife had an accident on Thursday we had to interrupt our stay and go home on Friday. I told the front desk on Thursday afternoon that we had to interrupt and that I would like to pay and asked if I could cancel the last day and only pay for the days we stayed. We have visited your hotel several times during the last 20 years so I was very disappointed when the lady said I still had to pay for the third day as well!?
