The overall experience is that we love this hotel in cozy Heiligenhafen. The only minus we can find is that this really nice hotel does not have AC inte the rooms, nor a fan. That is a big minus I'm sad to say. The room was so hot, eventhough we had both windows open all the way, that we couldn't sleep.
