Good, except that there were no foam pillows. Surely, if people sleep there, such basic needs as the odd visitor who requires such a pillow is a no-brainer? Surely?
Thank you for your review and the time you took to write it. We are sorry that you were not able to sleep as you had imagined.
However, we do not have any other pillows, so if you have asked for this before, you will certainly have been told no.
Your neck pain is not too bad, but in fact our pillows are of a very high quality, so far you are the first complaint.
I hope you have arrived home safely by now.
