We have nice stay here, only in one night when we came from evening out, it was after midnight, the card key doesn't work to open the garage door, we tried several times. we finally managed to get in from entrance door after we called the emergency number stated on your door and the person on the phone gave us the code to enter from the entrance door. Imagine if we came from abroad or didn't have international phone line to call the emergency number? Please ensure the card key really works to open the garage door before giving it to a guest.
