My first trip to Berlin and I was there to run the marathon. The main reason I selected harry's home was because of the option to have a room with a kitchen, allowing me to cook for myself leading up to the race. I am very glad I stumbled on harry's home through a Google search. The room was phenomenal! Very spacious, clean, well-designed layout, and functional kitchen. I had a balcony that was lovely to enjoy in September! I also chose the location as it was walkable to the starting and finish lines in the Tiergarten. I didn't appreciate that Moabit was not near the more "touristy" areas and was grateful to stay in an authentic neighbourhood. As a solo female traveller, I felt very welcomed and safe. The location had fantastic access to public transit but still very walkable to sightsee many areas! The staff at harry's were incredibly helpful, friendly and engaging. I would definitely stay there again as I hope to visit Berlin in future. Phenomenal trip and would absolutely recommend harry's home & apartments!

Dear Kerr,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed review of your stay.

We are delighted that you felt completely at home during your first visit to Berlin and particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious, well-thought-out room layout. It's great to read that you were able to enjoy the balcony in September and that you found our hotel's location particularly convenient for your marathon run. It is particularly important to us that all our guests – including solo travelers – feel safe and welcome. We are all the more pleased with your positive feedback on the feel-good factor in our authentic neighborhood and the excellent public transportation connections.

A heartfelt thank you also for your praise of our team – your words are a great motivation for us.

We very much hope to welcome you back on your next visit to Berlin and wish you many more wonderful travel experiences.

Sincerely,

Also alles echt top!

Hallo Hubbes,

Not easy to navigate through building with luggage. There was no way to avoid carrying luggage up/down steps. Ramp would have helped.

Dear Patrick,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your stay.

We are very sorry that transporting your luggage within the building was a challenge. Your comment regarding the lack of ramps and the associated inconvenience is extremely valuable to us. We understand how important barrier-free access is for our guests' comfort and take your comments very seriously.

We are nevertheless pleased that you rated our reception, cleanliness, and service positively. Your feedback helps us to better meet our guests' needs and explore opportunities for improvement.

We hope to welcome you back.

Sincerely,

Gutes Hotel.
