Wünschenswert bei online-checkin wenn die Buchungsnummer ersichtlich ist.
Ich habe für mehrere Personen mit einer email-Adresse gebucht.

A few things could be improved, including: providing a mini-fridge in the room, indoor slippers, and upgrading the flooring."

I'm sorry that you find problematic the fact, that you don't had a minifridge. This equipment is normally reserved for other typologies of rooms that disposes of a kitchen, for instance our studios or our apartments.

Regarding the slippers, we had availability at the reception, and they need to be requested and paid directly at the front desk.

23時で全て閉まってしまうのは少し早いかもしれません。
