Super hôtel, personnels extrêmement accueillant et bienveillant très à l’écoute.
Rapport qualité prix au top
Cependant les photos montraient un lit double or nous avons eu seulement 2 lits simple, un peu dommage :)

这一定是全bern最好最好最好的酒店！！
The best hotel in bern!!!
价位在150瑞郎以内，环境堪比中国全季酒店，非常新环境非常好，有电梯，周围配套十分完善，有车库收费好像大概25瑞郎左右
🚌公交车十分钟即可到达市中心，这个区域应该算是新区，附近环境也很好，酒店非常非常非常现代，是在一个高层写字楼里，整体感觉很像国内某季的风格
房间内部大小很适中，20平左右，床品和软装非常高级简洁，卫生条件特别好，最重要的是厕所真的很干净而且干湿分离，其次酒店内部还配备了洗衣房和Bar，真的是完完全全想不到瑞士花这个价格就能在首都伯尔尼住到这么高端的酒店。
参考我在四月中旬住一晚上的价格大概在1.2k左右大床房，对比全城其他酒店真的要高不知道多少个level！！！！！

Your facility staff was very professional and very helpful at all time and went the extra step to provide service. Front desk Tania took the extra steps to assist this senior guest new to Switzerland and Bern.

Sehr gut! Nur das man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann fand ich nicht gut, alles andere war perfekt! Vielen Dank

Lieber Gast, es stimmt, dass es einige Zimmer gibt, in denen man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Aber in dem Zimmer, in dem du übernachtet hast, kann man das Fenster öffnen – auch wenn es nur ein kleines Fenster ist, das sich nicht ganz öffnen lässt. Hotelul este conform standardelor de confort si curatenie ale lantului hotelier din care face parte. Este situat intr-un cartier din care se ajunge in 15 min in centru cu autobuzul
