Ich komme ganz bestimmt und gerne wieder. Zwingend erwähnen muss man auch die tolle Lage, zum einen den Anschluss mit Öffis an Bern in 1 Min. Fussweg und gleichzeitig aber die Grünlage in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Favourably impressed. As would be expected if it is as new as I believe. I was aided well by the staff.

Leider wirkt es im Hotel durch die schwarzen Wände recht dunkel und etwas drückend. Man kann jedoch die Hochwertigkeit erkennen.
Wir hätten uns zudem über eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer gefreut. Leider war hier keine vorhanden.
Alles im allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Wir stellen eigentlich eine Flasche Sprudelwasser im Zimmer bereit, tut mir leid, dass diese bei euch nicht vorhanden war oder übersehen wurde.
Schön aber, dass der Gesamteindruck doch positiv war. Wir hoffen daher, euch wieder begrüssen zu dürfen.

Good, but a bit sad about the breakfast and the aircondition did not work as expected.

May I ask what happened at the breakfast?
We are not allowed to have an AC in the hotel due to environmental reasons and restrictions by the government. So it is a full functional ventilation system, which however is not as strong as an AC.

Una buona impressione l'hotel, peccato che con i lavori antistanti non sia segnalata una strada alternativa per raggiungere in auto l'hotel
