Je suis restée 2 jours. Le 1er, un homme du service est rentra sans frapper. Le 2eme, quelqu’un a essayé de rentrer pendant que je dormais, tôt le matin et j’avais mis le verrou… donc réveil très désagréable et pas d’eau chaude sous la douche ce jour là…
Sinon les chambres sont grandes et propres. Les stores se ferment automatiquement quand il y a du soleil, même si on souhaite… du soleil dans la chambre! Donc c’est spécial!

I am not sure why someone entered your room or tried the 2nd night again, but it shouldn´t have happened.
The blinds react to the sun, however you should be able to override them from your room.
Did you mention this to the staff?
I can understand that this was not the best "first impression", but I hope you understand that this is not our norm.
We hope we can give you a better impression on another occasion.
