The hotel is nice, and the staff are very kind and helpful.
The only problem is the emergency number.
No one answers.

We are very sorry to hear that you had difficulty reaching our emergency telephone number. This obviously does not meet our standards of accessibility and safety for our guests. We take your feedback very seriously and will discuss this issue internally to make improvements. Honestly in four years since we are open we have not had once such a problem, we have a Night Audit Team in Munich, who answers the calls and is very reliable. It is now very difficult to find out what went wrong in your case. Also during opening hours, you can always call and inform us that you are arriving late and we then provide you already with the code- maybe this helps for the next time. Our apologies once more for the inconvenience it caused.
