The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean with nice view to the mountain. However it small for three person.

Nice hotel, some strange rules (get your own toilet roll!!!!) and staff not friendly

Dear Jackie, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear, that you did not like the concept of our hotel group. We are proud of our environmentally friendly work ethic and we are certified with the Austrian Eco label and EU Eco label. Our concept is very simple, created for guests who do not need full service. Therefore we encourage our guests to find towels and toilet paper in a service room for example. We are sure, that you will find a concept which suits your needs in future.
