Mit dem Zimmer waren wir sehr zufrieden, fanden es aber durchaus hochpreisig. Das Frühstück bot weitestgehend das, was wir erwarteten, aber merkwürdigerweise kein frisch gekochtes Spiegelei. Geärgert haben wir uns, dass zwar ein Getränk für Reisende, die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel für die Anreise genutzt haben, angekündigt wurde, uns dieses aber versagt blieb. Begründung: Das Angebot gelte nur für Bahnreisende und deshalb nicht für uns, die mit dem öffentlichen Bus aus St. Michael im Lungau gekommen waren (mit dem Zug gar nicht möglich). Dass wir für die An- und Abreise nach und aus Österreich die Bahn nutzen bzw. am 15.7. (ab Salzburg) erneut nutzen werden und überdies 800 km mit dem Rad durch Österreich gefahren waren, war angeblich unwichtig.

Grundsätzlich bieten wir bei uns in der Gruppe (15 Hotels) einheitlich kein Spiegelei an. Nur Rührei und hart gekochte Eier.
Das ist nicht unser Konzept und wenn wir hier eine Ausnahme machen, würden wir sehr viel negatives Feedback bekommen, weil es andere nicht bekommen. Wir arbeiten auch nicht mit Köchen in unserem Konzept. Das Frühstücksteam macht sozusagen alles.
Die Grüne Anreise ist für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vorgesehen. Bisher gab es merkwürdigerweise keine Busanreisen, entschuldigt also, wenn das etwas ungewöhnlich war und die Rezeption nicht entsprechend flexibel agiert hat.
Wir nehmen es in unser Teamfeedback auf und werden versuchen in Zukunft flexibler zu sein.

Za tuto cenu bych čekal mnohem lepší služby... špinavý pokoj, nefunkční dveře do koupelny, bez objednané dětské postýlky a nejspíš platba i za snídani za 7 měsíční miminko.

Unfortunately we do not find any record that you spoke to our Front Desk regarding any issues with the babybed or the room cleanliness yesterday. Maybe you can send more information by email. There have only been breakfast charges for two adults (14 Euros each) and the parking for the car (11 Euros). No charges for any children - we do not charge children for breakfast in general. We were very impressed with your hotel. Very nice (and quiet) rooms. Great style!
BUT. You really need to consider NOT recommending "Smatrics" chargers in the parking basement. I am fully aware of normal blocking fees when using fast-chargers. But I have not yet experienced being robbed by charge stand operators for blocking a 11 kW charger.

We got to pay 100€ for 35€ worth of charging, because of the outrageous bloking fee for a slow charger. They (and you) really mean that we are supposed to get up at 3:30 in the morning to disconnect and move our car - when staying at a hotel?

I know that you are not operating the charge stands, but this behaviour reflects very badly on your hotel. I have written to them directly, an not surprisingly I have not heard from them.

This is to warn you against recommending them. I will also add this to my review on booking.com, to maybe save someone from falling into the same trap.

Very sad, because we really liked your hotel.

thank you for your valued feedback. We appreciate it a lot.
The charging stations are public chargers and do not belong directly to the hotel, as you mentioned.
We are sorry to hear that you were charged for this additional amount, however it is also indicated again on the charging stations themselves. We do have a lot to do with electric charging stations within the company since we do have many ecars in our fleet. We do not know any charging stations, where you are allowed to leave the car on the charger for the whole night. Therefore usually guests use it until late in the evening or in the morning to repark the car afterwards and leave the charging station to the next guest. Thank you thought once more for your kind words and the positive feedback. The Smatrics charging station policies we can not influence, we are very sorry once more. If you consider staying with us another time again, there are other fast chargers at Billa plus just 5 minutes away. The car is there fully charged within 45 minutes.
