room with good space but the AC was not working properly and the room was not being cleaned daily

We regret that your expectations regarding cleaning and late check-out were not fully met. Our rooms are not cleaned daily as standard, and we clearly communicate this at check-in and in the hotel. However, we are happy to clean your room daily on request – we could have offered this during your stay.

Regarding late check-out: in order to allow for a later check-out, an additional night's booking is usually required, as we cannot otherwise re-let the room. On the day in question, we were also fully booked, so unfortunately we were unable to make an exception. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Regarding breakfast, we offer scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs. If anything is missing, we are happy to reorder it.

We take the problems with the air conditioning very seriously and will check the technology immediately.

We hope that you will give us the opportunity to convince you of our service on your next visit.

Nice and super central location. Being next to the train station was a plus for us. Also having a kitchen. I would suggest to have as many chairs as the room guests and add some hooks near the entry.
