I was there a couple of years ago and thought it was nice. This time I felt it had gone downhill.

We would like to clarify that our standard housekeeping service includes a full room cleaning every three days. However, additional daily cleaning is available free of charge upon request. We are also sorry that the replenishment of toiletries and the vacuuming were missed during the cleaning service you received. This certainly does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
In situations like this, we encourage our guests to contact the reception team directly during their stay so that we can react immediately and make things right.
