The hotel is OK and very friendly staff and beautiful room. Everything is getting more expensive, so I can;t complain about that, except for the irregularities that happened with the cleaners, which I described.

I'm sorry to hear that there were discrepancies in the cleaning and that your expectations were not met. The disposal of batteries in the toilet, in particular, clearly does not meet our standards – that shouldn't happen. We will discuss this internally and ensure that something like this doesn't happen again in the future.

Innenstadtlage sehr gut, Zimmer zum Innenhof leider ohne Aussicht, Gefühl des Eingesperrtseins

Es tut uns leid, dass du dich in deinem Zimmer zum Innenhof etwas eingeengt gefühlt hast. Wir verstehen gut, dass ein schöner Ausblick den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht.
