Overall nice and friendly, I'm just not used to my room not being serviced...that part is a must
thank you very much for your honest feedback. We are pleased that you found our hotel overall nice and friendly and that you were especially satisfied with the reception team, your room, and our bar.
At the same time, we sincerely apologize that you were not informed at check-in about our regular housekeeping schedule, which takes place every three days. We understand that this may have been unexpected. Of course, towel replacement, fresh bed linen, or additional cleaning can be arranged at any time upon request – simply by informing our reception team.
