gut,allerdings ist der Zimmersafe zu klein (Labtop passt nicht hinein), es gibt keinen Fitnessraum, und das Frühstück hat Verbesserungspotential

Very good overall, except the uncleaned floor of the room, which I expect it was an exception, otherwise it leaves a very bad impression if the cleaning is done superficially. The design of the room and breakfast area felt homey, as intended I assume. The garage was also a plus.

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the condition of your room upon arrival. An unclean floor and, even more importantly, small pieces of glass on the floor are completely unacceptable and pose a safety risk, especially for children. This certainly does not reflect our standards. We are glad that our receptionist reacted immediately and offered a solution, although we fully understand that your concern was not about compensation but about arriving in a room that should have been properly cleaned and safe.

Thank you also for your feedback regarding breakfast. We appreciate your suggestion about offering fried eggs and your comments on the scrambled eggs, and we will gladly share them with our breakfast team.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also have to mention how impressed we were with the cleanliness of the hotel – it had been a long time since we had seen rooms this clean. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and spotless.
A big advantage for families is the children’s play area, which is very useful if you are traveling with young kids.
The only thing we really missed was a refrigerator in the room. We stayed in a standard room, which does not include a mini fridge. If you are traveling with a small child, it’s difficult because you have nowhere to store milk or other food that needs to be kept cold. We expected that even the standard rooms would have a mini fridge.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the breakfast. In our opinion, the food was not replenished often enough, and the hot buffet was unfortunately cold.

Thank you also for your valuable suggestions. Our Standard Rooms do not include a refrigerator. For families or guests who require one, we recommend booking one of our Studio or Family&Friends rooms, both of which are equipped with a refrigerator.

We are also sorry to hear that our breakfast did not fully meet your expectations. We take your comments regarding the replenishment of the buffet and the temperature of the hot breakfast items very seriously and will discuss them with our breakfast team. Feedback like yours helps us to continuously improve our service.
