Very clean, nice hotel. Staff were all very kind and helpful, room was comfortable and organized, would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing — it was extremely rare and not thorough at all. When staying at a hotel, you expect a much higher standard of cleanliness.
Parking was also extremely expensive.
On a positive note, the reception staff were very kind and helpful, especially the Hungarian lady who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

We are glad that you felt welcomed by our team and appreciated the kindness as well as the helpfulness. The international diversity of our team surely is an advantage and meeting people from all over the world is something we truly enjoy.

Regarding your criticism of our cleaning policy:
We are a certified environmental-friendly hotel which is why we don't offer daily room cleaning to avoid excessive use of water, chemicals etc. When checking in for a longer stay we usually establish one cleaning day that suits our guest best. But even though from our side we do not offer daily cleaning, our guests are welcome to add more cleanings whenever they wish, for free.
If you decide to stay with us again, we are happy to further explain our steps into a greener future or you can access the reading material on our homepage as well as the brochures that can be found in all of our rooms.

Gut ausser der Parkplatz Preis Gestaltung.

Es freut uns, dass Sie allgemein positiv auf Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns zurückblicken.
Bezüglich Ihres Kritikpunktes des Parkens tut es uns leid, dass es hier zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist. Wenn wir persönlich an der Rezeption nach einem Parkplatz gefragt werden, teilen wir unseren Gästen jedoch offen mit, dass dieser 20€ pro Nacht kostet.
