Nice place, with good apartment, and appreciate that all time in there. I think it's possible change the food of breakfast during the week like changes some foods or option the food.

Loved every aspect and great restaurant. Only downside was the WiFi. Very Low speeds, bad latency, and continuous connection drops about every 2 mins.

Ich hatte eine dünne Decke (für den Sommer) im Zimmer, ich habe die Rezeption gebeten, mir eine dickere Decke für den Winter zu besorgen. Niemand hat sich danach gemeldet. Nach ein paar Stunden bin ich wieder zur Rezeption gegangen und der Mann, der da war, hat gesagt, dass es keine dickere Decke gibt.

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten bezüglich der Decke. Dein Komfort ist uns wichtig, und es tut uns leid, dass wir in diesem Fall nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprechen konnten. Wir haben dein Anliegen mit unserem Team besprochen, um die Kommunikation und den Service zukünftig zu verbessern.

Very very bad. I will not recommend it

Dear Gerarda,

thanks so much for your honest feedback. We are absolutely sorry for the inconveniences! Usually our night shift manager in Munic is immediately available with the right key code. Regarding the cleaning we found out that this was a mistake by ourside, as the cleaning was supposed to be done on saturday (one day after your check out)... We kindly ask you to inform our reception team on your next visit immediately in case of any problems with your room. We are always trying to find the best solution to make our guests feel at home and happy.

Der Safe war geschlossen und wurde sofort von einem Mitarbeiter geöffnet. Für die Umfrage würde ich noch empfehlen den Grammatikfehler zu korrigieren. Es sollte Nimm dir Zeit heißen anstatt Nehme dir Zeit.
