Very very bad. I will not recommend it
thanks so much for your honest feedback. We are absolutely sorry for the inconveniences! Usually our night shift manager in Munic is immediately available with the right key code. Regarding the cleaning we found out that this was a mistake by ourside, as the cleaning was supposed to be done on saturday (one day after your check out)... We kindly ask you to inform our reception team on your next visit immediately in case of any problems with your room. We are always trying to find the best solution to make our guests feel at home and happy.
