Rooms need serviced more often.

Really nice place at Hart bei Graz. Very clean. The only important thing is that in the pictures shown in the web page appears a gym, but in the reality this gym doesn´t exist. For that reason I was a little bit dissapointed. But everything was very nice, room, the service itself, breakfast, people (yeah...all the staff wonderful)

Zimmer grundsätzlich in Ordnung, leider sehr hohe Lautstärke im Zimmer 105 durch die Straße

Nicht sehr zufriedenstellend.

La limpieza me parece un punto fundamental y esta no fue dada de ninguna manera. Adicionalmente, un día de mi estadía estaba a las 18:00 en la cama descansando un poco con la cortina abierta. Para mi sorpresa pasó un señor por mi balcón limpiándolo. Esto me parece una falta de respeto, especialmente a esta hora. Hubiera podido estar saliendo de la ducha o no tener ropa, y bajo ninguna circunstancia espero encontrarme alguien justo en mi balcón (menos en un 2. OG). Esto me parece inaceptable. Deberían limpiarlo cuando no hay huéspedes o al menos preguntar antes si alguien se está alojando ahi.
